Who is the membership for?
The Move 2 Ride Membership is designed for riders of all levels, from ambitious amateurs to experienced competitors. Whether you ride dressage, jumping, eventing or simply enjoy hacking, you'll find structured training to improve your performance.
How often is new content added?
New workouts, educational videos and training content are added regularly, ensuring there's always something new to learn and practice.
Can I train at my own pace?
Absolutely. The membership is completely online, allowing you
to train whenever and wherever it suits you.
Do I need special equipment?
No. Most rider workouts require little or no equipment and can
be done comfortably at home.
Do I need to own a horse?
No. The Foundation Membership focuses entirely on rider biomechanics, strength and mobility, making it suitable even if
you don't currently own or ride a horse regularly.
How quickly will I see results?
Every rider is different, but many members notice improvements in balance, stability and body awareness within just a few weeks of consistent training.
Will this help if I experience discomfort while riding?
Many of our exercises are designed to improve mobility, stability and posture, which may help riders move more comfortably. However, the membership is intended for education and performance training and is not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your membership at any time according to your subscription plan.
Difference between Foundation and Performance?
Foundation is designed for riders and includes rider workouts, biomechanics education and strength & mobility training.
Performance includes everything in Foundation, plus horse biomechanics, horse exercises, webinars, video analysis and additional coaching resources
Can I upgrade to Performance later?
Yes. You can upgrade your membership at any time and gain immediate access to all additional Performance content.
Why should I train off the horse?
Your horse can only perform as well as you allow it to. Improving your own balance, strength and biomechanics helps you ride with greater stability, clearer communication and more confidence, creating a better partnership with your horse.
