Welcome to Move 2 Ride. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, online programmes, coaching services, memberships and any products or services offered through www.move2ride.com.

By accessing or using this website, purchasing a programme or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions

Throughout these Terms:

"Move 2 Ride", "we", "our", or "us" refers to Move 2 Ride.

"Customer", "you", or "your" refers to any person purchasing or using our products or services.

"Services" include memberships, coaching sessions, online programmes, webinars, educational content, digital downloads and physical products where applicable.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products or services from Move 2 Ride, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Products & Services

Move 2 Ride offers, among others:

Foundation Programme
Performance Programme
Online memberships
Rider coaching
Horse & rider coaching
Video analysis
Live webinars
Educational videos
Digital downloads
Physical products (where applicable)

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

Prices include VAT where legally applicable.

Payments are securely processed through approved third-party payment providers.

Move 2 Ride reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect confirmed orders already paid for.

6. Memberships

Memberships provide access to digital educational content and other benefits depending on the selected plan.

Unless otherwise stated:

Memberships begin immediately after successful payment.
Memberships are personal and non-transferable.
Sharing login details is strictly prohibited.
Access remains active until the membership expires or is cancelled according to the applicable subscription terms.

Move 2 Ride reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships in case of misuse or breach of these Terms.

7. Digital Content

All online programmes, videos, webinars, downloadable materials and educational resources remain the intellectual property of Move 2 Ride.

Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

It is strictly prohibited to:

Sell
Share
Upload
Publish
Modify

any Move 2 Ride content without prior written permission.

8. Coaching Services

Coaching sessions may be conducted online or in person.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged in full.

Move 2 Ride reserves the right to reschedule coaching sessions in exceptional circumstances.

9. Educational Information

All information provided through our website, programmes and coaching is intended for educational purposes only.

Participation in exercises and training is entirely at your own risk.

Customers remain responsible for determining whether exercises are appropriate for themselves and their horse.

Nothing on this website replaces veterinary, medical or professional advice where required.

10. Physical Products

Where physical products are offered, delivery times are estimates only.

Products remain the property of Move 2 Ride until full payment has been received.

If products arrive damaged, customers should notify us within 14 days of delivery.

11. Right of Withdrawal

For physical products purchased online, consumers may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

This right does not apply to:

personalised products;
sealed goods once opened where return is unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons;
digital content that has already been supplied after the customer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal, where applicable under consumer law.

12. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

Where permitted by law, completed coaching sessions, accessed digital content and downloaded digital products are non-refundable.

Any approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

videos;
photographs;
graphics;
logos;
trademarks;
course materials;
downloads;
website design;
text;

is owned by or licensed to Move 2 Ride.

No content may be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

14. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

share membership access;
misuse the website;
interfere with website security;
upload harmful software;
infringe intellectual property rights;
use the website for unlawful purposes.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move 2 Ride shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services or educational materials.

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant service or product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Force Majeure

Move 2 Ride shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet failures, strikes or other unforeseen events.

17. Privacy

The processing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

18. Changes to these Terms

Move 2 Ride reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The latest version will always be published on our website.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain.

Where mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer's country of residence apply, those rights remain unaffected.
